Our Chefs and Waiting Staff
Lee Curtis: Head Chef, Lee joined us in 2002 after an exciting 4 years at the Thames Cafe in London, and preceded that experience with training in the kitchens of The Travoy in London and the famous Bear and Perch in Grontchester. Lee heads up our kitchen brigade with style and panache, and will often come out into the restaurant to chat to customers and get the best feedback he can about the team’s food.

Teamwork: Lee’s team encompasses Tim Turner and Sam Suner, our Sous Chefs, a team hot from the Sky Canteen in Soho, together with Bel’ Beany, our fabulous saucier chef, Kim Peddle - our patisserie chef, and Carl Fuddle & Vern’ Taylor who are our hard working commis chefs. Jennie, Kate, Samantha, Ben, Josh, Tim, Cass’ and Susie make up our table waiting team. Their focus on customer service and the ambience of the ABC Jazz Bar ensure all our guests have a fantastic time.
