By using this website or our services, you implicitly agree to accept our terms, and to waive any claims against NetDrivers or DealDrivers Ltd arising out of your use of our services or this website. NetDrivers reserve the right to change their prices and Terms and will provide all existing customers with one month’s notice of any change should this occur.
All our websites are optimised for viewing at a 1024 x 800 resolution but alternative resolutions should be fine.
Upon instruction to NetDrivers to begin work on your site a non-refundable 30% deposit (based on the agreed price for your site calculated at our standard rate of £79+vat per page plus any photography should you be unable to provide your own digital pictures) will be invoiced to you and shall be payable within 7 days. The balance will be invoiced when you have indicated you are happy with the site and you wish it to go ‘live’ on the internet. Your website will not be published to the internet until the final balance has been cleared.
Once your final balance is cleared the website becomes the property of the client. By accepting these terms you agree that any stock photography provided by NetDrivers remains our property and shall not be used intentionally in any other design or reused outside of the website provided by NetDrivers.
If you opt for the Annual Update package, there is no refund available for un-used change opportunities, and un-used change opportunities cannot be carried forward to the next charging period.
You will own the intellectual property rights of any content provided to NetDrivers (if you require permission to submit text of photographs from any third party you agree, by accepting these terms, to have sought and gained that permission before providing the text or images to NetDrivers.
By accepting these terms, you agree that NetDrivers reserve the right to resell our design templates and images as many times as we wish. NetDrivers will always endeavour to ensure that similar designs and images are not used for businesses in the same geographical region.
NetDrivers make no guarantees of ongoing performance of websites and cannot be held responsible for any drop in traffic or search engine ranking, all websites are prepared to the client’s specification and therefore all responsibility is taken by the client for the effectiveness of that website in enhancing their business.
By accepting these terms you agree that the content used in any design by NetDrivers will in no way be unlawful, offensive, prejudiced, misleading, abusive or likely to expose NetDrivers to claims, leading to prosecution, criticism, disrepute or cause us commercial embarrassment.
As part of your site build, you may request NetDrivers to include links to other websites. NetDrivers has no control over any third party websites, so by accepting these terms you agree that NetDrivers is not responsible for the availability of such external websites, does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, services, or products, or other materials on or available from such sites. You also agree that NetDrivers shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content.
If you use NetDrivers to provide your hosting:
NetDrivers utilise high availability hosting facilities with award winning internet service companies. We can ensure optimal service levels and reliability, but clearly as we are reliant on a third party NetDrivers are, ourselves, unable to guarantee service on behalf of the host. We have selected the hosts with enormous care and have tested them thoroughly, and NetDrivers are confident these providers are the most reliable in the UK to date. NetDrivers will be your point of contact for any issues you have with the service and will do everything in its power to resolve problems as swiftly and as professionally as possible.
